Return Policy

At Neuluxe, your satisfaction is our priority. We strive to ensure that every product you receive meets the highest standards of quality. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help with a smooth and transparent return process.

Return Eligibility

You may request a return or replacement within 7 days of delivery if:

  • You received the wrong product

  • The product was damaged in transit

  • The item is defective or expired

  • The product is different from what was shown on our website

To be eligible:

  • The product must be unused and in original packaging

  • You must provide a photo or video showing the issue

  • The item must be returned with the original invoice or order ID

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of:

  • Used or opened skincare/cosmetic products

  • Items purchased during sales or promotions (unless damaged or incorrect)

  • Free gifts or samples

  • Products not purchased from our official website

We reserve the right to reject returns if the product appears used or tampered with.

Return Process

To initiate a return:

  1. Email us at [your support email] within 7 days of delivery.

  2. Mention your order ID, reason for return, and attach images of the product and packaging.

  3. Our support team will review and confirm your return within 48 hours.

  4. If approved, we will schedule a reverse pickup from your address (where serviceable).

    • In case reverse pickup is unavailable, you may be asked to courier the item back, and we will reimburse courier charges upon validation.

Refunds & Replacements

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, your refund or replacement will be processed.

Refund Options:

  • Refund to original payment method (UPI, card, wallet, etc.)

  • Store credit or coupon (as per your choice)

Please allow 5–7 working days for the refund to reflect in your account.

Replacement:

  • If eligible, a replacement will be shipped at no extra cost after we receive the returned item.

Refund May Be Denied If:

  • Product is found to be used or damaged by the customer

  • Return is requested after 7-day return window

  • Product is sent without original packaging/invoice

  • Reason for return is due to change of mind or dislike of fragrance/texture
