Shipping Policy

1. Order Processing

  • Orders are processed within 24–48 hours on business days (Monday to Saturday).

  • Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed the next working day.

2. Delivery Time

  • Standard Delivery (India): 3–7 business days (may vary by location).

  • Express Delivery (if available): 1–3 business days.

  • Remote or rural areas may require additional delivery time.

3. Shipping Charges

  • Free shipping on orders above ₹499 (India only).

  • Orders below ₹499 may incur a nominal shipping fee (e.g., ₹49–₹79).

  • Express delivery charges (if opted) will be calculated at checkout.

4. Order Tracking

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email/SMS.

  • You can also track your order status from your account dashboard.

5. Delays & Exceptions

  • Delivery delays may occur during peak sale periods, festivals, or due to unforeseen logistical issues (e.g., natural disasters, strikes).

  • We appreciate your patience and will keep you updated.


Returns & Exchanges

1. Eligibility for Returns

  • Products are eligible for return or replacement within 7 days of delivery if:

    • Wrong item was sent

    • Product was damaged in transit

    • Expired or defective product received

2. Non-Returnable Items

  • For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns on:

    • Opened or used products

    • Personal care or beauty items unless defective

    • Free gifts or promotional items

    • Items purchased during flash sales (unless damaged or incorrect)

3. Return Process

  • To initiate a return, please email us at info@neugenskinceuticals.com with:

    • Order number

    • Reason for return

    • Images of the product (if damaged/defective)

  • Our team will verify and approve your return request within 48 hours.

  • Once approved, we will arrange a reverse pickup from your address (where serviceable). Alternatively, you may be asked to ship it back and we’ll reimburse the shipping fee upon confirmation.


Refunds & Replacement

1. Refund Method

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days via:

    • Original payment method (UPI, card, wallet, etc.)

    • Or store credit / coupon, if preferred

2. Replacement Policy

  • Replacements will be shipped at no extra cost after the returned item is received and inspected.

3. Refund Denial

  • Returns may be rejected if the product:

    • Is used or tampered with

    • Is returned without original packaging

    • Was not purchased from our official store
